Project Supervision

This  phase  includes execution contract management services including handing over the site to the contractor and reviewing all the documents that are related to it, in addition to checking all the business that are run in the site and making sure they are conform to the designs and documents and additionally the supervision of financial payments owed to the contractor after the end of the work done during each stage of the project.
